i have recently visited to the site to aims gardenia at sector 75 noida and the project look impressive. But at the same time got many bad feedback from the people about this project.

can anyone tell me exactly about this project, its legal issues, project completion date, possession date, issues being faced in purchasing the resale flat/unit etc.

Did you got any update about the current status ? i heard they start hand over the keys without possession. i am not sure this process is right or not.

I have a flat at C tower which has been offered for possession. Would you please let me know the current market rate that is going on in the area ?

I reside in Mumbai and want to sell my apartment. Would you know any interested buyer ?
