Dear Director(s),
In continuance to our earlier mail, you are hereby again reminded to convey the exact time of meeting of dated 17 Aug 2014 ( date already fixed & communicated on writing by yourself)
Despite our earlier mail , there is no communication from your-side even after 48 hours, due to which we are fearing that you are still not interested in having any sort of communications with Buyers.
As already communicated by you through last MoM, we are expecting following minimum things in forthcoming meeting positively --
1. Start of Monthly Delay Possession Penalty payment disbursal to each Golf CIty flat Buyer w.e.f. month of July 2014 immediately.
2. Payment of arrears of Delay Possession Penalty payment ( with compounded interest ) upto the month of June 2014 within next two months to each Golf CIty flay Buyer.
3. Detailed stage-wise segment-wise tower-wise construction plan of Golf City Project ( upto possession).
4. The Date of (first & last flat) possession of whole Golf City Project with an max. error margin of two months.
If we did not get any response from your-side within next 48 hours , then we will be left with no other alternative than to resort to other means ( which should be avoided in normal course) to get our justified issues settled.
Let's hope for a amicable solution of the present stalemate condition.
