Question about changing password on freepages site

Hi all,

I am trying to get access to a freepages site I have had on rootsweb for many years. My login for Rootsweb works fine but I can't login to freepages. My understanding is that these are two different accounts with different passwords. Who do I contact to reset my freepages account (Not rootsweb)?

Thank you for the help. I was able to reset my freepages password through the link you provided. What originally confused me was that the link seemed to me like a reset page for rootsweb not freepages. I wish they would specify on the page what password you are resetting.

I'm glad you got results.  I'm still circling the drain.  I got a case number on 5/8 and have heard nothing since.  Of course, I realize their timeline seems to be in geological terms of time versus real time.
