How to filter using 'from' and 'to'?

In version 0 you could query using the from and to fields. In version one it seems to work (I am getting an error 400), but I get the following message: 

• message: "Invalid range 'from' value for field 'date.created'. It must be an ISO 8601 date."

I've tried all the combinations provided by ISO 8601 provided here.

Hi Luis,

We are considering allowing epoch time in milliseconds as well to simplify this interaction. 

On the Advanced Usage page (http://reliefweb.int/help/api/advanced) you can see a range example. The timestamp needs to be url encoded such as "2010-08-02T04%3A00%3A00%2B00%3A00".
