New: API query link

Letting the list know about the 'api query generator' that's now built into the site.

Note that you'll have to be logged in to reliefweb.int to see it.

Using the search options on any of the listing pages (http://reliefweb.int/updates, http://reliefweb.int/training, etc) or country (http://reliefweb.int/country/tun) or disaster (http://reliefweb.int/disaster/wf-2017-000106-tun) pages, fine tune with the filters and query bar until you have the results you're after. The 'API query' button will show the same results from the API.
