Here’s what you’ll have to know about the role Broadly, marketers at Zoho are responsible for reaching hundreds of millions of potential customers and telling them the story of how Zoho can help their business perform better. Marketing Associates break down Zoho's core vision into actionable campaigns & projects and execute them to the best extent possible. Develop product messaging and positioning. Create compelling stories around Zoho products and educate potential users about benefits. Ideate, create and execute marketing campaigns using the right channels. Measure ROI and impact of each campaign. Engage with partners, influencers to drive awareness and product demand. Contribute to creating rich content resources (articles, eBooks, infographics, solution guides, webinars, videos, etc.) to help business owners, and drive awareness to Zoho Finance products and bring in leads. Develop user education material for existing customers to understand our products better. Understand and monitor the markets in which Zoho products compete and help product management teams build better products and improve existing features.  Job Description   Market Analysis: Critically analyse the industry and position the products in their right niche. Brand Building and Consumer Attraction: Improve the brand and its awareness with the help of any form of marketing strategies/instruments including the viral or video marketing. Brand Awareness via Subject Matter Dissemination: Once the analyst has reached the pinnacle of business and marketing analysis, he/she might evangelize through conferences, IT magazines, whitepapers, forums, etc. positioning oneself and the company as an absolute authority on the subject in this industry. Content Provisioning: Providing any content which will describe the IT product(s) to the consumers in the best possible light including web pages and product-support documents such as user guides. Search Engine Optimisation: Ensuring that the content of the company ranks well in Google searches. Consumer Awareness via Content Marketing: Through innovative strategies or standard industry practices, generate content (including social media content, ideas for videos, etc.) that generates awareness amongst consumers about our products and leads them into our sales funnel.
