Our ITeS BPO services division is a leading overseas service provider created with the objective of providing affordable quality services to various industry segments like Healthcare, BFSI, HR and Education.

 

As a part of our ramp up plan, we propose to recruit the 2015 pass out students of your esteemed institution for our various ITeS projects (Voice and Non Voice).

 

We require students with good written or spoken English and analytical skills.

 

We would be very grateful if you can give us a suitable date to visit your college for a campus recruitment drive. 

 

Our program would be as follows:

 

1. 30-minutes PowerPoint presentation on ITeS BPO Opportunities
2. 15-minutes Q&A session
3. 30-minutes test on English Language Proficiency
4. 15-minutes test on Listening Comprehension
5. Personal Interview
6. Issuance of Offer Letter 

Requirements:

 

1.    Auditorium with LCD set up

2.    Couple of invigilators

3.    Audio Room (Separate room free from noise pollution to conduct the Listening test)

4.    Adequate desks and chairs

 

Requirements from Students:

1. Students with communication skills.
2. Should posses analytical and logical thinking ability
3. Candidates will have to undergo Voice BPO Training with us.
4. Candidates should not have MTI (mother tongue influence)
5. Should be willing to work for night shifts.
6. Salary Ranges : 11,500/- to 13,500/- + YLB + Mediclaim (on completion of 6 months tenure).
