Hi harini...

      Actually ongc written and interview will be over within 5month.. By the time of interview(approx december 2012) if u r able to produce your all betch certificates including final  year u r eligible...
     I think it is not possible for u to produce since u will be pursuing your final year by that time....
     so... I think u r not eligibe for this year... U may apply next year...

U can write... But u will b rejected at interview... Because u cannot produce the final year certificate...

Actually ne application ni next year daka store cheyaru... It will b deleted once the exam is over...
       Nxt year u hav to apply again... Final year tho kalipi unna percentage ni accept chestaru... Ante.. Nu nxt year ea percentage iste ade accept chestaru...
So... It is better for u to attend nxt year...  Challana cancel chesukogaligithe... ok... Challana cancel cheyyalekapothe... Exam rai... Experience vastumdi...

And oka sari ongc advt file lo..
Read point (f) in selection process...
U will come to know what ongc says about your doubt...
