Basic transcoding server with RVideo

Hello everyone.

I have just submitted a patch to the files section of this group that
will allow you, with ease, to create a transcoding server.

It's just a basic bridge between DRb and RVideo, but came quite handy
in a project I'm working on.

I'd love to hear your thoughts about the implementation. The comments
speak for themselves.
