 This is crazy!! 

 Here's a video of a Supair Walibi Lite harness with a reserve in it that has melded/glued to the fabric in only 3 months time. This is a new fabric material issue but could be caused by other things -Have you checked your gear lately, has it been sitting in a HOT vehicle, did yours or someone else's camel back or ballast bag leak on it while transporting it to launch??  Checking your reserves deployability and or Repacking your gear only once a year is not really all that great of a program and minimalistic at best... Do a Hang test and pull out your reserve to see how easy or hard it is to get it out of the harness -if your careful and don't throw it you should be able to put it back in with little effort -if you haven't repacked in awhile go ahead and toss it and then do a repack before reinstalling it!
