$2,000 grant for windsocks approved

Hi Pilots,

I’m happy to let everyone know that our grant application for windsocks and flags for XC locations where landowners will let us put them up was approved.  I just got the approval and a check in the mail yesterday when I checked the club’s mail.

We will buy the materials we outlined in the proposal and probably not put them up until next spring when the flying season starts again in earnest.
