Saturday Sept 30th is LongSword appreciation day and party!
RVHPA will be having a party on the beach at LongSword Vineyard to celebrate more than 20 years that Matt Sorensen has been graciously letting us land our wings in his lower field.
Plans are still being developed but we expect to have “apres vol” snacks or maybe a potluck for everyone. As an incentive the club will be handing out a drink coupon for a glass of wine or a beer to every pilot who lands at LongSword during the day.
LongSword will be advertising this to their customer base, and we hope that as many of you as possible can make it out to land safely. It’s our chance to show LongSword that pilots landing there are an asset in drawing customers to their tasting room.
