PROVISIONAL DEGREE CERTIFICATE

For those who need to submit the provisional degree certificate at the
time of joining into the company you are placed.

If the company that you are placed needs a provisional certificate,
the procedure is:

(NOTE: The college will not issue the provisional degree certificate
(PDC) until the convocation it-seems, so the alternative they are
giving is Course Completion Certificate (CCC))

1) Write a request letter to the Principal for issue of CCC
2) Get it signed with the respective HOD
3) Get it signed from principal
4) submit that letter in the exam section

Its better if you carry your id card along with you.

The exam section also told that they wont mention the CGPA and
credits in CCC, so for that you have to submit the 8th sem result
sheet attested by HOD to the company you are going to join.

Hey, 

Letter need not be written if u have ur 8th sem hall ticket with you. You can just display that to the exam section and get the CCC.
