Dear Students,

1) We are conducting preliminary evaluation of HSS for your class on 4/03/2020 from 2:15 to 4:45 PM. All are requested to be present by 2 PM tomorrow,venue is department library, for both the days.

2) It is required to bring the following documents and get verified by respective counselors by tom.

                         a) HSS evaluation form which should be self evaluated with grades 

                        b) Two sets of photocopies along with originals should be verified with the counselors by tom

                        c) The certificates need to be arranged as per the four categories attached with the mail.

                       d) The hard copies of the published papers need to be compulsorily brought.

  3)  All are asked to come and submit and get verified with all the documents tom only

  4) Remember your final HSS evaluation is on 5th from 2:15 to 4:45 PM, further dates are not entertained.
