Please find the list of Requirements to be completed for the Urban Design Studio by Sunday, 18 November 2012. For the Studio on Friday, 16 November 2012, kindly attempt as many of the requirements as possible for detailed discussion on the project.

REQUIREMENTS FOR URBAN DESIGN STUDIO

1. Conceptual Diagrams addressing the main design response to

a.program

b.terrain or landscape

c.metro

d.linear park

e.lalbagh

f.streets networks; different loci; main anchors

g. Analysis using Lynch and Bentley .

 

2. 3D Exploration

a.Study Models

- monochromatic massing model @ 1:500 to be inserted in the overall Site Model.

- actual insert detailed with fenestration @ 1:250 to be placed on Base Map printed @ 1:250 with immediate context.

 

b. Axonometric; Sketchup models

 

 

3.Drawings @ 1:250

a.All level Plans with context

b.Sectional Elevations with context

I have yet to receive any follow up work from students in 

my group. Pratima was suppose to create a group ID where everyone was suppose to send their concepts and doubts. Kindly do so at the earliest.
