Dear Sujay and the Group,

 

The Design Program seems very promising, but you need to adapt it to the site @Rose Garden
It should be drafted in a way that the People here and the site specificity and opportunities should be demanding this

'Theatre Park for Children_AHA - an expression of Wonder, Exciteent & Fulfilment'

 

The program, I suppose, is drafted by the steering team of Rankashankara for a Generic/Particular site. You shoul adapt it and add to it new interfaces like public transit(Bus stops)as part of the building design, Share Bike points as part of the building design, may be Books/ Souvenir/ Craft/ Props/Flowers shops, Waste recycling unit and its requirements

Parking Facility

Services to be detailed,

Core Facility: Plenary Spaces to be detailed with areas in sq.m also

 

Site area and FAR achieved here. I seriously doubt if FAR 1.5 is satisfied as mentioned in program.

 

There are a lot of gaps now. Please revise it to read it as your Rose Garden Plug in_Program
