Hello All,

 

The Base Site Plan is considered complete only if its tagged with the following also

   Mark the SITE BOUNDARY for the Project  (esp. if its part of a larger site eg. Lal Bagh, Rose Garden).

   LABELSite Area, FAR etc.

   Maintain North up. Please do not change the orientation of the drawing.

   LABEL the main streets name and leading to place-names, Parks, Lake and Land mark buildings if any

   LABEL the name of the Proposed Project as a sub title to the Studio_Main Project Name

   GRAPHICAL SCALE is a must

 

Immediate SITE ANALYSIS (one sheet) wrt:

Access roads, Arrival points, Probable entry points, Topography,

Vantage points, Visual links, Relevant Photographs with foot notes,

Built fabric around (building uses, building heights, building age /Heritage value etc maps as small insets),

Proposed Land use diagram(only the relevant area shown in the site base plan) from the Master Plan 

Qualify the open spaces around, 

Site Sections across the street and adjacent built with a foot note, as insets

Street Elevations (adjacent) - drawings or photograph-panorama stitched as insets

A general profile on the No of users and User category.

This analysis sheet would help you to start drawing Conceptual Design diagrams
