Hello Roshan and the Group,

 

A.  Please start with a brief note on the Proposed project in relation to your study: findings/aspirations of the people/issues and opportunities of the site and its location. What is the name of this Insert Project ?

 

(In the Area statement many figures seem 'assumed' - please use "no of users/room" as a unit & "unit area/user" as per std, to arrive at an area wherever possible OR refer to a case to understand the scale OR refer to the nature of function for instance: In a gallery/exhibition space - is it panel display/ artifact display; In an Administration area refer to No of people and hierarchy to understand ways to scale down the net area)

 

B.  Please put the requirements in a Matrix with

- Heading/Sub heading to each category, No of users, No of rooms, Unit area requirement as per std, Net Area in sqm, Description on the nature of use

- Also find the total built up area & open areas at the end (Net area at the end of certain categories are appreciated- this would help you to scale down the total built up)

- Site Area/FAR achieved as per the proposed program

- Metro Station is also part of the Design Program in this Plugin
- Coverage/Setbacks allowed as per bye laws etc
