Please send a scanned copy of the following to dinesh....@genpact.com (99160 01116) & sumitra...@genpact.com (98852 17040) & along with the Reference Check form by 22ndMay10:
· Education certificates starting 12th
· Final mark sheet (with register number) of Graduation & post graduation.
· Employment letters - Offer letter from current employer (if not relieved from the company) and Experience/relieving letters from previous employers.
A candidate can onboard only if the Reference check process is complete.
1. Relocation expenses for movement of goods can be claimed up to a maximum of Rs.15000 only.
2. For claiming perdium per day worth Rs 150/- during the guest house stay please submit bills for laundry and meals.
3. For Travel from current location to new location amount equivalent to 2nd class AC train fare will be reimbursed.
4. In case you are traveling by Air, Air fare equivalent to 2nd class AC train fare from current location to new location will be reimbursed
5. For air fare travel reimbursement (up to 2nd class AC train fare) please produce a screen shot of the train fare current location to new location while reimbursing your tickets.
6. We will be providing accommodation for 15 days in Genpact empanelled guest house. Please make post dated cheque payment to them which will be reimbursable on submission of bill.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF JOINING
· Photocopy of the Appointment letter accepted and signed by you
· An updated CV
· Academic & Professional Certificates (Original & Xerox copies)
· Five Recent Passport size Photographs
· Relieving Certificate from last Employer
· Last Pay Slip drawn
· Form 16 (1) (pertaining to Tax Deducted at source) from the previous employer or Salary certificate
· Photocopy of Passport
· Proof of Birth date (Copy of Birth Certificate / School Leaving Certificate)
· Proof of identity (copy of passport/ driving license/ voter’s id card/ college exam admit card etc.)
INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR TRANSFERRING PROVIDENT FUND FROM PREVIOUS COMPANY
· If already a member of a Provident Fund (PF) with previous employer, then:-
o Employer’s name
o Dates of joining and leaving service with them
o Name and address of the PF Trust or the Regional Provident Fund
o Personal PF account No.
o Social Security No (SSN) if allotted
