Team, please let us know whether you'll attend the upcoming Wednesday 5/1 practice, 8:00-9:30 pm at NOVA by responding via the poll linked below.

Here's a rough structure for what you can expect at practice:

30 min : swim & treading set

60 min : passing, drills, scrimmaging (if numbers allow)
