Team, please let us know whether you'll attend the upcoming Sunday 5/12 practice, 6-8 pm at NOVA by responding via the poll linked below.

Here's a rough structure for what you can expect at practice:

30 min : swim & treading set

60+ min : passing, drills, scrimmaging (if numbers allow)
