Job Description:

**agency will conduct brief (5 min) phone screens on candidates they feel are qualified. Then the agency will schedule personal interviews with candidates who passed the phone screen. There will be NO exceptions to the personal interview, no Skype.
**Phone interviews will be conducted 12/10 and 12/11
**Personal interviews will be conducted 12/12 and 12/13. We will schedule personal interviews into the week of 12/16, only if needed.
**position may be extended beyond 5/31/14, possibly to 12/31/14
Years of Experience:
5 years of experience in the related area
VERY STRONG ORACLE DEVELOPER SKILLS:
IN DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF ORACLE APPLICATION EXPRESS (4 AND ABOVE), ORACLE DATABASE (11G), SQL, PL/SQL PROGRAMMING, ORACLE DESIGNER 10G, ORACLE REPORTS, WEB PLSQL TOOL KIT, UNIX SHELL SCRIPTS AND ORACLE 10G APPLICATION SERVER IS REQUIRED.
KNOWLEDGE IN SOFTWARE PACKAGE INSTALLATION, CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND TESTING IS PREFERABLE. STRONG DESIGNING, DEVELOPMENT AND TROUBLE SHOOTING SKILLS REQUIRED.
GOOD ORAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE REQUIRED.
STRONG MULTITASKING CAPABILITIES AND THE ABILITY TO WORK ON MULTIPLE PROJECTS/ISSUES SIMULTANEOUSLY. MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO ASSESS THE IMPACT OF SOFTWARE UPGRADES AND OTHER ENVIRONMENT CHANGES.
