Also up here in Biloxi are Eric Frederickson ---RVSA-2005; Hank
Lanier --Class of 1940 RVSA--I think! maybe it was 2000?; and Gary
Osburn -- RVSA 2005. We are winding down with our current contract of
"fixing the Gov't "Moochers"" FEMA trailers!! The contracts are
rebidded out and looks like we will be eliminated by the end of May or
so. Then, Lew. I will have to get a "real" job!!! Smokey Mtns. or up-
state New York is looking good for this summer. Not sure yet. I'm
still putting in at least 25 hours per week of 'blistering' work such
as unplugging toilets, installing mini-blinds, telling idiots that
they are out of propane, or resetting breakers!!! The mental drain is
extremely exhausting and the physical nature of changing fuses or
relevelling travel trailers is horrendous. I just don't know how much
more we can physically take!!! Lew, you sure you don't want to come
up here and work real hard with us?? Anyway, unless another hurricane
comes blustering through, looks like we'll be in the market place real
soon! It's been a real good ride and we've actually learned quite a
bit and made a little money to boot! So none of us can complain too
much!
Any one out there tell me what licenses are required in NY or in NC?
What about sales and use taxes? Any info will be greatly appreciated.
Take care; let's hear from some of you other guys!!
Regards;
Roger
