Canada vs Cackling Geese

Yesterday at Whetstone Pond, I saw these geese. Are the ones with the white "collars" Cackling Geese, or have I just never noticed a white ring on the neck of a Canada Goose? Some look a little smaller than others and some have very skinny necks. Thanks for your help!
