Special Bulletin - Rutledge Borough - One Way - 400 Block of Waverly / Park Construction

Hello Rutledge Borough!

We are writing a special bulletin to advise that signage establishing the 400 block of Waverly Terrace as a one way street is planned for installation this weekend on November 15th. 

This change was made to address changes to the park's fence line and resulting reduced line of sight. It was adopted in Ordinance 2025-01, Amending Chapter 15 - One Way Streets Established.  You can find the amendment language on the borough website.

Additionally, we are pleased to see the Phase II of park construction coming along--but we need some volunteers still for this weekend! The Rutledge Shade Tree Commission is planting 12 trees in Triangle Park. If you are available, please join us at 9AM on Saturday to support the planting! 
We will sign paperwork for students who need volunteer hours on the spot!
