We hope everyone enjoyed our first Our Porch at Rutledge Borough Hall on October 4th.  It was great to see so many people come out.  If your child left artwork; feel free to pick it up at the borough office during office hours (Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 12:00.)

Our next event is the Great Pumpkin Grow and Glow Happy Hour and welcome to new residents on Friday, October 24th, starting at 4:30PM.

Interested in helping with borough events?  Come to the next activities meeting on Wednesday the 22nd, at 7:30 pm in the borough hall.  All are welcome!

Lastly, in order to put on these events, we depend entirely from donations to the Rutledge Activities Committee.  So, if you have not made a donation, please consider donating by cash or check before the year runs out. Your donation is also tax-deductible.

Next Yard Waste is Friday November 7th

Two yard waste collections a month will continue through November then we will return to only one collection in December.  Thank you to all who continue to hold onto their yard waste until the scheduled Friday collection.

We had an amazing eWaste/scrap metal event on October 11th.  Partnering with Swarthmore, over 40 people came out to dispose of their items and some came back multiple times. We plan to host another eWaste event in the spring.  Thanks again for coming out and keeping these items out of landfills!
