Crozer Health Closure
Rutledge Borough Council is aware of and monitoring the upcoming closure of Crozer Health. The Chair of the Delaware County Council, Dr. Monica Taylor, has issued a Declaration of Disaster Emergency.
In the April 21st Borough Council meeting, council members and our mayor had a lengthy discussion and plan to assess how this will affect our community. We will continue to communicate updates as they become available.
For questions regarding hospital transition, including requests regarding patient transfers and care, you can reach out to the dedicated line: 888-801-2338.
For other assistance, Delaware County residents can also contact the Delaware County Health Department's Wellness Line at 484-276-2100.
If you have feedback or commentary, please feel free to reach out to the Borough Office at rutledg...@gmail.com or join us in a Borough Council meeting on the first or third Monday of the month for public comment.

Bring your own gallon or 2 liter jug and we will show the kids how to create a mini-greenhouse to start their seeds.
Potting mix and seeds will be provided free.
Can’t join us? Here is an online guide to do this at home!
Quizzo - a new activities event is in planning! Stay tuned as we put together dates for a quiz night!

Real ID - May 7th
“In preparation for the May 7, 2025 enforcement deadline, [Pennsylvania is] offering a special dedicated time at the following driver license centers to help Pennsylvanians get their REAL ID. Don’t miss out on this opportunity.
The deadline applies to enforcement only – customers who want REAL IDs will continue being able to get one after enforcement begins.”
