Hello Rutledge Borough!

Tuesday, November 4th is Election Day!

Election Day Need to Know:
  • The Borough Office is closed November 4th.
  • Voting Location is 212 Unity Terrace, the lower hall.
  • Polls are open from 7AM-8PM
  • All voters in line by 8PM will be able to vote.
  • The Mail In Ballot Box was removed earlier this year, if you are looking for one, please search visit Delco PA Ballot Drop Box to find one nearby.

What's on the Ballot?

This year's election is a Municipal Election, with many local, judicial, and council positions on the ballot. You can see the sample ballot online at https://www.delcopa.gov/vote/sample-ballots, by scrolling to the Rutledge BOR pdf.

Food Pantry Donations:
  • Throughout the day, residents are invited to bring unexpired, shelf stable food donations to borough hall. These will be taken at the end of week for donation to local pantries.
  • If you have large, empty cardboard boxes with handles, such as diaper boxes, those are much appreciated as well!
Political Sign Recycling:
  • Keep your campaign signs out of landfills!
    • Bring them to Rose Tree County Park on Friday or Saturday morning, per the attached flier
    • Can't make it to the drop off? Bring them to the Borough Office on Wednesday or Thursday during office hours, ~8-12PM, for group collection. Do not bring signs Tuesday.
  • Accept all yard signs--plastic coated, cardboard, and vinyl.
  • No disassembly required; all materials will be recycled.
  • Do not remove someone else's signs without their permission.
  • If you have non-political yard signs to recycle, they are also accepted at this event.

Thank you, Rutledge!
