NOTICE

TRIANGLE PARK CONSTRUCTION

Dear Residents,

We are excited to announce that construction on the Gather Space at Triangle Park is scheduled to begin the week of May 11th and is expected to be completed by June 30th. The work will be carried out by MOR Construction.

During this time, portions of Triangle Park and Waverly Terrace (between Swarthmore Avenue and Rutledge Avenue) will be temporarily closed for construction. Additionally, construction activity on the 200 block of Rutledge Avenue will limit available on-street parking.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we begin this important transformation. The Gather Space marks the first phase of the Triangle Park Master Plan, which envisions a vibrant, multi-generational space for all members of our community to enjoy. We look forward to welcoming you to the new space soon!
