So Windows defender says i have 2 trojans but malware bytes and hitman pro say I don't, I am scared and confused please help me, I know that redline is a info stealer so that's why I am scared, and when I press remove the trojan on windows defender it doesn't let me at all.

Click the selection to the left for the line "Always register Malwarebytes in the Windows Security Center".
We want that to be set as Off .... be sure that line's radio-button selection is all the way to the Left. thanks.

The run dated 19th June near 3:45pm reported no malware, no virus, no trojan. That is what counts. Any earlier flagging is OLD traces / old history. Allow me a few minutes & I will relay a quick set of follow-up.

Near the end it detected this, but then at the end it didnt detect anything, and heres the ESET logs, it showed a gamehack thing detection but it deleted it, that was the only one. It for somereason didn't download the logs

Please run the following steps and post back the logs as an attachment when ready.
