Hey,
Instead of meetup.com, which requires a credit card mode for payment process
(which appears to be a lock-in for our community)
I would suggest to eventshigh.com.
Here, the advantage is that we don't have to make payments for community events which are free of cost.

Rust Bangalore community meetups are "free of charge" always !
I totally dislike, pay INR 100 and then attend the event.
Will explore EventsHigh and get back to you.
