The Palms Casino Resort Fantasy Tower is a 30-story, 425,000 square foot, 300-room themed hotel tower and conference center. The tower connects to a lower building providing access to entertainment, restaurant, nightclub, pool area, meeting rooms, and conference spaces.
Several people around the world have made reference to the Cult of Kefka. Hell, you've probably even been to the tower at least once, if only to grab Strago. But now it's time to conquer the thing once and for all.
Fanatics' Tower is special, and as such it requires a special party. Only Magic, Mimic, and Item (and Umaro's berserker attacks) can be used there. So you're going to want a strong party. If someone knows Ultima, take them; other useful spells include restorative Magic, Level 3 spells, ID spells, Mute, Stop, and Flare. You'll also want at least one character who knows Life 3 for the boss at the top (Rasp also works, but is far inferior). All else equal, you'll want the characters with the highest Mag.Pwr; this will be Terra, Celes, Relm, and Strago assuming everyone is equipped well. If only three or fewer characters know good Magic, take Gogo and give him Fight (it gets turned into Magic in the tower) and s/he will know all the spells known by the rest of the group. If you still need a party member, Umaro should be your next choice; he's the only character who can do reasonably well attacking without knowing Magic. Still need party members? Mog with Moogle Charm is your friend. :p
Since it's likely your HP is quite low after the Ultima blast, heal everyone to full HP and reapply Float if needed, then you have to work your way all the way back down the tower (you can't Warp out, sadly). Try not to die; you last save was some time ago, so play conservatively at the top and the fourth ascent, and heal religiously. Once you get to the third ascent, you're mostly in the clear, just be sure to stay under Float and Reflect.
The tower remodel consists of 282 redesigned and renovated hotel rooms, presidential and themed suites along with 60 new hotel rooms from unfinished space in the tower. All of the remodeling was completed while the tower was open and occupied by guests. Despite some challenges, the P1 Group Vegas team got through the project successfully, once again demonstrating the value of partnering with an experienced top-notch contractor for a project of this scope.
Tower of Fantasy is a new MMORPG developed by Hotta Studio and published by Perfect World and Level Infinite. The anime art style is fairly similar to the one in Genshin Impact, but one of the biggest differences is that Tower of Fantasy players explore the open sci-fi world of the planet Aida, rather than the fantasy setting depicted in Genshin Impact.
This 11-story tower is located in Origin Island and is considered to be the Symbol of the island. Only a select few are allowed entry and it is strictly off limits to the public. A big Goddess Statue is located at the very top floor of the tower. After completing the story of the Ancient Disaster, Grace and Dogu will be at the top floor where Celestia can be talked to.

The tower is where Golbez and Kain hold Rosa captive. From the tower Golbez discovers Cecil is to become a Paladin, and sends Scarmiglione to stop him, and where Golbez and Kain plot to get Crystal of Earth and use Cecil to do it. Cecil, Tellah, Yang, and Cid climb the tower after obtaining the Crystal, expecting Rosa's freedom in exchange. Golbez asks the party to fight their way up, as he wants them to "receive the reward".
Before Cecil and his friends escape, they are attacked by Barbariccia, the Archfiend of Air. They defeat her, but she destroys the tower in her death throes. Rosa casts the Teleport spell to help the party escape.
The warper found in 1F is the only exit from the tower. After Kain disappears, the game starts from here. Using it will directly warp the player back to Troia, and should the player board the airship again, this is where he will arrive.
Despite playing a major role in Final Fantasy IV as Golbez's base, little information is given on the Tower of Zot itself, including who built it and where it is located. In the 2D versions of Final Fantasy IV, the Tower of Zot uses the same architecture as the Tower of Babil and the Giant of Babil, implying it may be of Lunarian origin, but the 3D remakes of the game give the tower a unique appearance. The Tower of Zot's exterior is never seen and it does not exist on the world map, but as the Enterprise rises into the air to fly to it, the tower may float in the sky. This would make the Tower of Zot a parallel to the Flying Fortress of Final Fantasy, as a floating stronghold where the Fiend of Wind dwells.
