This is commonly heard Gurbani. Unfortunately nowadays, people book akhand paths, then spend all the time in langar seva. Nobody listens to the gurbani, until the bhog. Then all the family comes up at Salok Mehla 9. Which is why I believe doing Sehaj paths are more fruitful than Akhand paths, because at least you personally engage with the bani.
Anyway, this is the first part of that bani by Siri Guru Tegh Bahadhur jee. The video contains a very simple translation with images to help explain it......
