Dear Russian Music Theory Interest Group Members,

I am pleased to announce that Ellen Bakulina has been elected Interest Group Chair, to serve a three-year term, 2020–22. The result was unanimous from 23 ballots cast. Thanks to all who participated in the voting process. I offer my sincere congratulations to Prof. Bakulina, and I will be delighted to pass the torch at the end of the year.
