to them....I do remember George was killed in Vietnam but my goodness this

activity. She's been on the "InMemory" list for many years.
Anyone know whats up with that?

   I AM PRETTY SURE THAT CHRISTY PETERSON WAS LISTED AS DECEASED AT THE 30TH REUNION IN 1998 BUT I DON'T REMEMBER ANY DETAILS.

     THERE DOESN'T APPEAR TO BE ANY INFO ON CHRISTY PETERSON'S SITE.  JUST TWO MESSAGES FROM BUBBY THOMAS AND ONE FROM MARK DAVIS.  DON'T KNOW WHO PUT IT HERE.  SOMETIMES SOMEONE WILL PUT THEIR NAME ON CLASSMATES TO SEE IF ANYONE WRITES ABOUT THEM AFTER THEY HAVE PASSED AWAY.

      NANCY AND I HAVE BEEN BACK TO THE DOCTOR AND THE HOSPITAL A COUPLE OF TIMES.  THEY HAVE TRIED DRAINING FLUID FROM HER ABDOMEN TO RELEIVE THE SWELLING WITHOUT MUCH LUCK.  HER LEGS ARE SO SWOLLEN THAT SHE CAN BARELY WALK.  THEY ARE CHECKING HER KIDNEY FUNCTION NOW. SHE SEEMS TO BE GETTING WORSE.

DAVE,

        NANCY IS MY SISTER.  SHE HAS BEEN BATTLING CANCER THE LAST 6 YEARS OR SO.  STARTED WITH COLON CANCER, THEN BREAST CANCER, THEN THE COLON CANCER WENT TO HER LIVER AND LATER HER LYMPH NODES.  NOW IT IS BACK IN HER LIVER, WITH SPOTS ON HER LYMPH NODES AND HER LUNG.  SHE HAS PUT UP A TOUGH FIGHT BUT IT IS CATCHING UP TO HER.   I RUN HER BACK AND FORTH TO THE DOCTORS AND THE HOSPITAL SO THAT HER HUSBAND CAN KEEP ON WORKING.  I DIDN'T REALIZE THAT RUBY WAS ON THE GOOGLE SITE WHEN I ANSWERED HER.  I NEED TO PAY BETTER ATTENTION.  RUBY'S SISTER AND MINE ARE BEST FRIENDS.  BUT THANKS

In the process of searching for missing classmates, I have found many inactive profiles.  Even though I am no longer a member, my profile remains and classmates allows me to continue using free tools ......receive and send bulletins, access profiles, and emails -  I am keeping my account active, without renewing membership.  

Mark has recently joined Classmates and sent the bulletin note, being unaware of the situation.  This is why so many times we do not get a response when sending emails; some profile are inactive and the individual is no longer using the "free  tools" once membership expires; and as in this situation the family members have not notified CMs to remove the profile.   Most of us wouldn't even think of  sending CMs an email to remove a family member's profile.     Another lesson learned....

You guys are doing a fabulous job on the reunion, and in a very short  period of time.   I hope you don't mind my intrusion.   I have learned so much from your process as a reunion committee.   I am currently working on a "google page" for Class of '69....Thanks to Joe.

Bob....Keeping you and Nancy in my thoughts and prayers.    FYI,  regarding the Class of '69,  I was not in a position to accept your offer for a joint reunion (Class of '68 - '69) at the time you contacted me, and had it been my decision I would have gone for it - you guys certainly know what you're doing!    I was not  on our Reunion Committee at the time and was still searching for information from our Committee.   I later found that we  have joint reunions with Class of '70.    

It sounds like you guys are going to have a great event - I hope it all goes smoothly for you.

      SORRY IT TOOK ME SO LONG TO RESPOND.  WE HAD TO TAKE MY SISTER BACK TO THE HOSPITAL.  LOOKS LIKE HER LIVER AND KIDNEYS ARE SHUTTING DOWN.  ANYWAY, I GUESS EVEN A BLIND SQUIRREL FINDS AN ACORN EVERY NOW AND THEN.  WE ARE KINDA MAKING IT UP AS WE GO BUT IT IS COMING ALONG.  WISH YOU WELL WITH CLASS OF 70.  HAVE I ASKED YOU IF MARSHALL COOK AND YOU ARE RELATED?  AND IF SO, HOW CAN I GET IN TOUCH WITH HIM?  THANKS
