Hey Dave,

Herb Wright is checking on the price at Wyndom I didn't realize it was a
hotel but Bobby was correct unless they can beat 82.00 them we are staying
at the Peachtree city Holiday Inn......Herb plans to call me tomorrow after
he checks it out.....I will let you know what we end up doing. Yipes,
looking at my earlier Email makes me sound like I'm trying to tell everyone
what we are going to do and how to spend the donated $$ ....sorry didn't
intend to come off that way was only making a suggestion.

Ruby

Just a suggestion....Holding the directory to email later is an excellent suggestion....attendees will be more likely to provide email addresses at the reunion if you provide a sign in sheet  at the welcoming table with greeters answering any questions.    If you have a header stating  ....  Sign-In Sheet....If you would like a class directory, please provide your email address here, with permission to list the following information:

Email:                 checkbox
Phone                 checkbox
Address              checkbox

...and you are covered.   If funds are low, you could also request donations for a physical directory or just send it via email.   Looks like I will be driving my brother.   Looking forward to seeing all of you again!   Any discounts for people who provide too much information...lol...just kidding....    Shelia

Hi Ruby:
Sorry I didn't call or email you last night. I did contact the
Wyndham Conference Center in P'tree city and this is what I found.
There is currently no group rate available for us. If we want to....
negotiate one, we need to block at least 10 rooms and talk to the hotel
special events department to do that.
Their daily rate for accomodations for 1 person are $99.00 per
night so the Holiday Inn looks like our best choice. I will book my
reservation as soon as I hear back from you that you agree.
Let me know you thoughts. I am copying Trissa on this so she will
be in the loop as well.

Thanks,
herb

Hi Ruby, Hope you are having a great weekend, do we have a code to
get the $82 rate at the Holiday Inn?
