District Tournament Game 3 vs Idaho Falls Reds

The game yesterday couldn't have been more disappointing. Okay, I
guess it could have if they would have got ten runned. The Russets
got beat in every aspect of the game and lost by 9. They were never
in the game from the first pitch on. I was really surprised. I
thought they would do well against the Reds, they have beat them every
game this year. They had more pitching left, they had been hitting
well. The first half of the first inning, they had 3 errors, and the
end of two innings, they had 5. Then the Reds starting hitting and
the Russets never got enough hits to get close.

Russell didn't get to play until the bottom of the 9th inning, when he
was able to bat once. He walked to get on base and was able to
score. It was frustrating to have it be the last game and not be able
to do anything about it.
