Why am I getting a porn site when this is supposed to be Russian geneology.

I do not appreciate it.

Dear Marilyn & Jim,

We beg your pardon but some idiots posted several spam messages (porn
sites) into our group.
I've already deleted all of them and now all posts from new members
will appear in the group after our control.

We hope our group will be interesting and free of such stupid things.

I must admit that I have received a number of those emails too and I was NOT impressed.  I was furious.  I tried to find the link to cancel my membership and I would still like to do so, so if you could tell me how to go about it, I would be grateful.

If anyone is researching CURRY in Russia, I'd be interested. Thomas
Summerside CURRY worked as an engineer on the Russian railways at some point
between 1861 and his death in St Petersburg in 1896.
