Hi Sir
I filled the website probing data
(https://www.google.com/fusiontables/DataSource?docid=1bKalOyKURyl5M_VTx-UaJ6ETLQ17mUxY0oLbQu-B) according to new added columns. The field values are mean over 10 sample for each providers.I am currently adding more ISPs, currently it has Airtel EDGE/UMTS , MTNL UMTS, Reliance CDMA.

1. The 'CDN presence' column mentions the website name in some places,
eg. passportindia.gov.in, incometaxindia.gov.in. If there is no CDN
being used for a website then please leave the column blank

2. The 'Primary CDN improvement' column should have a value for all
websites where a CDN is used, right?

The website which are completely on CDN, like espncricinfo.com,yatra.com
and those who don't use CDN will have 'Primary CDN improvement' as null
cause we don't have any base value to compare.

Even for websites completely on CDN, you can surely do RTT comparisons
with their origin server. You can locate the origin server through open
DNS servers that are not located in India.
