additions to lesson 28

Hello everybody,

When I was translating lesson 28 I noticed what I think was an omission in the greater() function example: it didn't take into account the case when the arguments are equal. I wrote a remark and added two lines to the function in the french version, then I translated it back to English.
You must have noticed the poorness of my English so it would be nice if someone could review what I added:
