* ASHIANA HOUSING: Has spent 136.9 mln rupees on construction of the retail-cum-hotel complex in Jamshedpur .

* TECH MAHINDRA: Is looking to double revenue of the company, SATYAM COMPUTER SERVICES to $5 bln in the next three years.

* UNITED SPIRITS: ICRA has downgraded the company's rating on term loans and long-term fund based limits.
