Proposed Topic: Incorporate my Independence?

Potential Co-Presenter: (A knowledgeable, competent & personable accountant)
Summary: An introduction to the ins and outs of incorporating from
both the taxation and legal perspectives. (And...depending on success
make it a NWU series of Experiences.)

Roman presented "Legal Ease" during LOCNY, and "Incorporating and
basic legal documents/issues with Jason Olim during Entrepreneur Week.

I vote an emphatic "hell yes" for two reasons:

1. Roman is awesome

2. One key topic for new independents we haven't covered yet is this subject of incorporation.
