Training Program for Marathon & Half Marathon
Train to run a Fall Marathon or Half Marathon!
The Official RunSFM Marathon and Half Marathon Training Program
coached by AthleticEndurance™ will kick-off January 19, 2008 for the
29-week program, and March 15, 2008 for the 21-week program.
Training Program Features: 3 workout options per week (choose to
attend one, two or three coached workouts a week), online and in-
person coaching support, running resources (special login website and
live training seminars, Race Day VIP Hospitality, great schwag, and
optional fundraising programs!
Returning participants are eligible for discounted rates.

Fundraise for Team RunSFM and the RunSFM Youth Running Program and you
can earn the following rewards: free race registration, free training,

Airways! Raise a minimum of $250 to earn a free race registration or

Be a part of the Inaugural The North Face Endurance Challenge. A four-
part series, San Francisco has been selected to be the site of the
National Championship Race! Run a 50Mile, 50K, Half Marathon or 10K
race in beautiful Marin Headlands on December 1, 2007. Learn more

I took about 6 months from zero to running SFM. One suggestion is to
also sign up for bay-to-breakers in May which gives you a milestone,
a 12km run, in SF. It gives you a taste of what it is like driving up
to SF early early in the morning and running and then driving back...
