2- uneven and varied foot landing relaxes your normal running pressure points and activates other lesser used micro muscles
3- good for building ankle strength
4- do a sprint of 100m on an uneven surface and push your limits, like hill repeats on the trail around the 5k mark
5 - varied sights reduces your focus on your tiredness and enhances the experience
6- best to run on trails without music to soak in the sights and sounds of nature - dancing peacocks, nilgai, wild hare and more, and also to focus on the route, landmarks so that you have your bearings

A 5k, 10k or a longer distance - whatever you prefer, awaits you in the Gurgaon Aravalli. Meet up at 525am at Club Florence - Sector 56 on Golf Course Extension Road - 1st timers - please check this out on Google Maps. We will leave at 530am for IREO parking lot from where we will start and finish the run.
