Get sand in your shoes and wind in your hair as you chill out for a gorgeous run on a flat, hard packed beach, at low tide.

Some people have gotten their personal best timings here, and almost all have had a personal best 'experience' under the palm trees, and starting the run by moonlight and then into the sunrise

Some people remember the tender coconut at the finish line.

Bring a guitar along, its lovely to come and strum the evening before at the mini get together as you watch the sun set.
