Had a wonderful meeting with 20+ enthusiastic runners at Yashwant Club today and we had a load of Q&A and a photo session focused around foot landing etc
Avnish took me around 4 locations on Monday - and Umesh took me around Daly College area on Tuesday
It's been an interesting and fun trip meeting with so many running enthusiasts and we hope to make many runs happen here in Indore.
Lets all get Indore Running and Living - get a few of your friends to join this group and spread the message
