"Vary your training, your running partners, and your environment. Only your imagination limits the ways you can spice up your running routine."
Bob Glover, The Runner's Handbook

Hi

Just fixed up for 2 of the most spectacular runs on the calendar
The 7th edition of the Shimla Running And Living 25K now has a 6,13,21,1 and a 25 k run all of which start and finish at the Ridge

 -

Gorgeous trails through history and nature - sure to take your breath away in more ways than one.
Find out more about the runs at http://runningandliving.com/our-runs/shimla-ultra-half-marathon. Registrations will open next week, Plan your break with the family and plan to come in 2 days before the run to acclimatise for the 7000 ft altitude. It will make a big difference to your performance.

Adventure galore at Rishikesh with River rafting at our partners location - Himalayan River Runners. A gentle 9K on the road along the Ganga, a testing 15k which includes 6k on tough trail and a tough half marathon
and a grueling 25k over varied terrain and a stiff climb up and down. This is a must do for those looking for a challenge. But you need to get ready for it - definitely be a 2:30 or faster half marathon for the half and 25K trails. Plan on at least a couple of nights at Himalayan River runners and take in the river rafting too as you stay on the beach accommodation.
