Our training partner - All in Running is working towards helping for your last long run this coming weekend on 26th Nov.
Bring your water bottle along and land up at club Florence at 6am for some warm up routines and to set out for a 10k,15k or a 21k distance.
This run is on flat roads and includes 15% of a mud trail. The country road has speed breakers and we will 'slow down' and be mindful of them.
