Folks - if you know of any good books on running that you have come
across and would like to get, but they are difficult to get in India -
do put on this group as we have an entrepreneur in our midst who has
started a business of getting books from overseas.

Lets keep this list only to running related books
Thanks
Rahul

Well I ordered one "Dont sprint a marathon" by V Reghunathan thinking it was on running.
But it was a very good book. Seems author is a marathoner. He is associated with GMR Group.

Heard that Asics has started an exclusive outlet in Kochi. Need to check out the same,

I've read only one book about running, and i think its the best buk
abt running in print.. it is "born to run" by christopher mc
dougall..

ALL aspiring long distance runners.. and seasoned runners.. read it..
