Runners For Life Runners For Life Runners For Life has invited you to the event 'EGL run' on Runners For Life!   Check out "EGL run" on Runners For Life Runners For Life Time: May 17, 2009 from 6:15am to 10pm Location: EGL Organized By: Runners For Life Event Description: Hi All, The RFL run this time is going back to the EGL location. This location has been specifically chosen, keeping in mind that people will want to train for the upcoming Duathlon. As the race categories are • 2.5km run-10km cycling-2.5km run and • 5km run-20km cycling-5km run The route will have distance markings to help you do both the formats listed above. Runners and cyclists can get their cycles to practice a Duathlon format workout. Warning for road bike owners - The route has a few bad patches. RFL premium membership - If you haven’t got your membership t-shirts this year please come and collect them. The shirts will be available in M, L and XL sizes, some of which weren’t available in the past. Preference will be given to members who have already registered. What is RFL premium membership? – please go to the end of this mail to find out. Running Route: The route will be 5K out and 5K back. Loop distance: 10kms out and back Starting point: Near embassy golf links entrance Directions to the starting point: You need to get to the Indranagar - Koramangala intermediate ring road. If you are coming from Indranagar side of Intermediate ring road: Take a left turn before the HeroHonda showroom on your left. If you are coming from the koramangala side: You need to get to the other side of IRR and take a u-turn under the flyover and take the left turn before the HeroHonda showroom on your left.
